Baked tomatoes

Kitty actually wanted to eat the tomatoes just like that, raw, like a good girl. But as soon as she looks away, they land in the oven, seasoned, and start sizzling as if they were performing a secret aroma concert. She takes out the tray, laughs, and thinks: I accidentally baked a little oven rock star out of a plain vegetable.

Ingredients

  • 500 g small tomatoes

  • 4-6 cloves of garlic

  • thyme

  • olive oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1 burrata (optional)

preparation

  1. Place tomatoes and garlic in a casserole dish

  2. Season with thyme, salt and pepper

  3. Pour some olive oil over it

  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes

  6. Cut fresh bread into slices

  7. Spread garlic on top

  8. Pull the burrata apart and place it on the bread

  9. Spread tomatoes on top

  10. Pour some olive oil over it

  11. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it

Tip:

Tastes especially delicious on homemade bread.
