Burrata with balsamic zucchini

The balsamic zucchini sizzle in the pan, smelling sweet and savory, as if they were just waiting for applause. Then Kitty simply places the burrata on top, casually, as if saying, "You do the rest." She looks at the plate, grabs a fork, and thinks: I just wanted something simple—now it looks like I'm cooking for guests.
Ingredients
4 medium-sized zucchini
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil for frying
50 ml dark balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt & Pepper
1 burrata cheese
preparation
Cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices until they turn golden brown.
Add the chopped garlic cloves and fry briefly to release the aroma.
Pour the dark balsamic vinegar over the zucchini and add the honey.
Continue frying the mixture until the vinegar is slightly reduced and a delicious glossy layer forms.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Arrange the fried zucchini on a serving dish.
Carefully break open the burrata and place it on top of the zucchini or next to it.
The dish is ready to be served.
