Peach-Chia Smoothie

The blender hums, peaches dance, chia seeds leap cheekily behind it – and suddenly, Kitty is faced with a smoothie that looks like summer itself. She twirls the straw in, looks at the fruity chaos, and thinks: I just wanted something fresh – now I'm drinking good cheer in a glass. One sip, a grin, and the day immediately feels ten degrees warmer.
Ingredients
4 ripe peaches
200 g natural yogurt (optional vegan)
300 ml orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
preparation
Wash the peaches, remove the stones and cut into large pieces.
Place the peach pieces, natural yogurt, orange juice, honey and chia seeds in a blender.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
Pour the peach chia smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Enjoy this refreshing and healthy smoothie as a delicious breakfast or snack.
