Peach-Chia Smoothie

The blender hums, peaches dance, chia seeds leap cheekily behind it – and suddenly, Kitty is faced with a smoothie that looks like summer itself. She twirls the straw in, looks at the fruity chaos, and thinks: I just wanted something fresh – now I'm drinking good cheer in a glass. One sip, a grin, and the day immediately feels ten degrees warmer.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches

  • 200 g natural yogurt (optional vegan)

  • 300 ml orange juice

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


preparation

  1. Wash the peaches, remove the stones and cut into large pieces.

  2. Place the peach pieces, natural yogurt, orange juice, honey and chia seeds in a blender.

  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.

  4. Pour the peach chia smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
