Pistachio-Feta Dip

Kitty actually just wanted to crumble some feta, something harmless enough. But then the pistachios came along, went completely crazy, and suddenly there was a dip that looked like it had been invited to a gourmet party. Kitty dips her finger in, tastes it, and thinks: I just wanted to snack—now I've accidentally played gourmet.

Ingredients

  • 50 g shelled pistachios

  • 200 g feta cheese

  • 5 sprigs of fresh mint

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 6 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 garlic clove


preparation

  1. Place pistachios in a blender and blend into a creamy paste.

  2. Add feta, mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, yogurt and peeled garlic clove.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.

  4. Add yogurt if desired.


Serve as a side dish with bread or grilled vegetables and enjoy!
